Diego García Martín

Diego obtained a bachelor in Biology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), where he also studied the first year of his bachelor in Physics. Then, he moved to Canary Islands to continue studying Physics, and completed the undergraduate degree at Universidad de La Laguna (ULL). His final degree project was on EPR paradox, Bell’s Theorems and hidden variables.

He came back to Madrid to study a Master in Theoretical Physics at Instituto de Física Teórica (IFT) / UAM. His master thesis consisted in implementing several algorithms and tests on IBM’s cloud quantum computer.

Now he has joined the Quantic group as a PhD student under the supervision of José Ignacio Latorre and Germán Sierra.
